We are preparing for the second annual Eat Trill Festival. Eat Trill is a Music, Food and Community festival in San Francisco dedicated to real people, real food, real music and real community. Last year was our first annual event and we raised over $4,000 for the Homeless Youth Alliance to help them move into a new space.  This year we want Eat Trill to grow by having more food vendors, more artists and more community groups tabling. Eat Trill 2017 will be in a larger space (the soccer field behind Spark Social) so we are looking for more people to be involved.

This will be our second year and it takes on an even more significant meaning with people of color, lgbqt, immigrants, Muslims and the environment under attack. We will gather on the 4th of July to help create and spread a vision of what our community means to us. We want to expand the community resource aspect of the festival and need your input. Reach out, let us know what you think.

We are looking for the following types of participants for Eat Trill 2017:

Vendor Type And Fee Scale:

Food:

Food vendors will pay a sliding scale of $30-$100. Pricing depends on amount of space/ equipment you need and size of business. (Please remember that Eat Trill is a long day, we want to respect both business owners and employees by supporting a responsible works day. While we encourage vendors to stay for the whole festival, accommodations can be made for half day booths. Price will remain the same.)

Jewelry / Art/ Clothes:

Vendors will pay a sliding scale of $25-$100

Please note that all vendor fees are used to rent the space and promotion of Eat Trill. Any left over money will go straight to organization/s we are fundraising for. Eat Trill will not be making a profit.

People/ Organizations to Lead Workshops & Host Booths:

Do you work at an organization that leads workshops for the community? We are looking for people to host panels, lead workshops and share resources. Lead a workshop or have your organization table at the event so we can get resources out there to our folks. If you down, then we down.

Community Orgs:

FREE. Community organizations interested in tabling or leading actions will not pay a fee for their space. Org's will have to bring own tables and any other equipment or materials.

Kids Zone:

We will be having a kids zone this year. Can you lead an activity for kids? Do you provide services for families? Be part of our Kids zone. Eat Trill is a free, family event. We want to make sure that our kids have fun and engaging things to do.

If you are down to be part of our event, have any ideas on how to make our event triller or want to volunteer please email info@eattrill.com
